Content Discovery
Playground AI has created specialized data crawlers for X, websites, and the blockchain. These crawlers are integral components of our Social Discovery Engine, constantly monitoring and indexing social content, interactions from X accounts, website information, and market events related to cryptocurrencies. Since its launch on February 6, 2024, Playground AI has identified over 11,000 cryptocurrency projects on X, averaging over 100 new project discoveries each day and indexing more than 1 terabyte of data from our sources.
Relevance & Ranking
Playground AI's proprietary data ranking algorithm called pRank, blends the fundamental aspects of Google's famous PageRank algorithm with a time-based influence model for data point interactions. pRank evaluates the relationships among indexed data points, adding a time decay feature to each connection. This method enables pRank to accurately gauge the social influence and trustworthiness of cryptocurrency projects, individuals, and market events, keeping the data timely and pertinent.
pRank effectively adjusts for projects with artificially boosted statistics, such as those with fake followers and impressions. The inclusion of time decay means that the most up-to-date and relevant projects are given priority, a critical aspect for the rapidly changing cryptocurrency market. This approach significantly outperforms other systems that merely rank projects based on static metrics like follows and mentions from a predefined set of important accounts.
AI Search Experience
The Playground AI Model, refined with terabytes of data from various sources, is adept at differentiating between individual and project accounts on X, organizing projects into 22 cryptocurrency narratives and 82 blockchains, and identifying market events. When our Social Discovery Engine detects a new data point, the model can analyze, classify, and assess it. Continuous data analysis supports both immediate and extended trend evaluation, offering insights that feed into the Playground AI Product Suite.
